Push
back pallet rack is an excellent choice for any high volume
warehouse. Push back pallet rack allows  for
better use of warehouse space than traditional pallet rack.
Since push back pallet rack allows you to place pallets deep
without the use of an isle you can save a tremendous amount
of warehouse space.
How
does push back pallet rack work? Pallets are put on the rack
using a forklift on special carts that ride on rails on the
rack that are on an incline. As you add pallets with the forklift,
each pallet is pushed back by the one in front of it. When
you remove a pallet from the from the front of the push back
rack, the one behind it slowly moves forward taking it’s
place. Lastly, a push back pallet rack system allows for a
first in, first out
inventory
system.
